The United States Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) published its proposed “Funding Portal Rules” and related forms for SEC registered funding portals that become FINRA members under Regulation Crowdfunding (Title III of the JOBS Act). The comment period ends on February 3, 2014.

Hot Off the Presses – Link to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Proposed “Regulation Crowdfunding”

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) finally released its long awaited proposed rules for equity Crowdfunding under Title III of the JOBS Act.  Today’s proposed rules comes with a 90-day comment period which start from the date they are printed in the Federal Register.   That means equity Crowdfunding could become a reality by Q1 of 2014.
