The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) finally released its long awaited proposed rules for equity Crowdfunding under Title III of the JOBS Act.  Today’s proposed rules comes with a 90-day comment period which start from the date they are printed in the Federal Register.   That means equity Crowdfunding could become a reality by Q1 of 2014.
